My friend, my brother Charles Milles Manson, is now free and in the world all around you.
Unbroken. Unchained.
He left no possessions, nor his body, to anyone.
He knew how to die and I am beyond honoured to have known him, and to have been with him, during those final days of his “sentence”.
No anger. No malice. No regret…
Only the lonesome suffering of a tyranny of lies and judgment- marketed to entertain a dead mass who despise him- but he carried that stone almost half a century and transformed your ignorance, rejection and gullibility into a perfect crystal of a radiant and blinding light…
a hue you may never know.
But to those who know… You Know You Know.
– Black Wolf

You’re Family

“…Prison has always been my tomb. I love myself as I love my death as being alone with self the words I send you bore me and bring me from my death only to play in your illusion and bring down the Christian thought placing new value on life being death and death being life. Your world is not your world as you may think.
I owe it nothing. It owes me all, for this is what I gave and this is what I receive. For I am dead to your thinking. Dead to time, dead to death, seeing no death. The way out of my cell is not through the door.
I have hidden from your opinions and lived in your prison hell with death looking at me through the eyes of the dying. Life is death, death is life. Meanings are yours to place.
Now is and will be as it has always been, indestructible, indescribable. In your heart is a part of my life’s heart in death. Die.
Why ask about something that moves within your soul? Casting off fear is only to become one with self-death. Total negative becomes total positive and then you see that all your life you have lived with fear of death.”

The end of “Pseudoprofundity In Death”, by Charles Manson (1970)

THE WORLD IS A PRISON

“The degree of civilization in a society can be judged by entering its prisons.”

Amid all kinds of inhumane shit within the prison and incarceration system/industry of the usa
(-Hunger strikes and the force-feeding SOP (STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE) of Guantanamo “detainees”
Pleasant Valley and Avenal State Prison Outbreak of Valley Fever resulting in over three dozen deaths, which no one hears about, and
the delay of the order to evacuate inmates)
I received an email today through the F.A.C.T.S. (FAMILIES TO AMEND CALIFORNIA’S THREE STRIKES) newsletter-

COR Transformer fire

From Carol Strickman at prisonerswithchildren.org

“I just received a phone call from a prisoner at Corcoran who reported about a power outage at Corcoran which is resulting in a “modified program” like a lockdown; no air conditioning resulting in “very hot” temperatures (he says in 100’s) with prisoners passing out; medical people are not responding or are responding slowly. Prisoners under medical care can get cold showers but not anyone else. Water is lukewarm, neither hot nor cold.

He states that prisoners have been told that the problem is a broken generator part which must be shipped from Germany and may take 6 months to arrive. The power is being cut off at 3pm daily and not going back on until 1 or 2 in the morning.

I did a google search and found the following corroborative article:

Central Valley Business Times, Saturday, May 10, 2013

Corcoran prison transformer explosion probed
The cause of an explosion of a power transformer at California State Prison-Corcoran is being investigated by state corrections department officials and Pacific Gas and Electric.
Limited electrical power was restored to the prison by Friday morning after the main transformer in a PG&E substation that powers the prison exploded and caught fire late Thursday afternoon.
No one was injured and the fire was quickly extinguished, the state says.
Back-up generators supplied power to the institution Thursday night so prison operations were not interrupted. The acute care hospital and the lethal electrified perimeter security fence continued to be powered by backup generators and, as a result, there were no escapes, the Department of Corrections says.

The prisoner who called me is well known to California Prison Focus. I also learned from a family member that Saturday visits were cancelled.
This prisoner wants us to make calls to the warden and/or Sacramento to let them know that we know about this, are concerned and demand that the outage be repaired immediately. We could also be calling Senator Loni Hancock and Assembly member Tom Ammiano, and PGE.
The prisoners are really suffering in the heat and need us to raise a protest.

Transformer explosion knocks out power to California State Prison-Corcoran
Limited power restored early this morning

CORCORAN – Limited electrical power was restored to California State Prison-Corcoran (CSP-COR) by Friday morning after the main transformer in a PG&E substation that powers the prison exploded and caught fire late Thursday afternoon.

The fire started at 4:35 p.m. and was quickly extinguished by the CSP-COR Fire Department, the Kings County Fire Department and the Tulare County Fire Department. The cause of the explosion is unknown at this time. No one was injured.

Back-up generators supplied power to the institution on Thursday night so that prison operations were not interrupted. The acute care hospital and the lethal electrified perimeter security fence continued to be powered by backup generators and, as a result, there were no escapes. As a precaution, CSP-COR administrators restricted movement of the 4,420 inmates housed there and this morning, the prison is on modified program which restricts some inmate movement and participation in rehabilitation programming.

At 1:45 am Friday, PG&E routed some electrical power to CSP-COR from the adjacent California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility and State Prison in Corcoran, which was unaffected by the transformer explosion and fire. Power to non-essential services at CSP-COR has been shut off, but inmates are being provided hot meals, there is power to waste water operations and all back-up generators are running to power all emergency circuits.

CDCR officials noted that the electrical problems will not interfere with visiting scheduled this weekend at both prisons.

Plant operations staff from both prisons and crews from PG&E are continuing to determine the cause of the explosion and assess the damage to the substation as they plan both short- and long-term repairs

ATWA / MANSON PRESS

you invented the words
“They’re gonna rip you off in every way you can think of because you
didn’t give your own children
the benefit of the courtroom that your fathers fought in battles and died for…”

Craig (Gray Wolf) was arrested Sunday morning, March 24th for allegedly having a cell phone with him on his way in to visit Charles.
The media is already taking off with the bugliosian script, the helter skelter narrative that brought fame, and quite a bit of money, to bugliosi and many others: “mastermind” behind the murders…, “mass-murderer”…, “ordered the ritualistic murders of Sharon Tate and six other people in Los Angeles in the summer of 1969.”, “orchestrating a series of gruesome murders”…
Forty+ years ago this same media aided and abetted in the death sentence which was imposed upon Charles Manson by a corrupt court.
For this man, who spoke and behaved throughout the trial without fear of the order, this same media would not report how “our” bill of rights (fifth, sixth, and fourteenth amendments) were deprived him… Never spoke out about the cause for mistrial with Nixon’s “Manson’s Guilty” statement, they happily published it, front page, and reaped in the quarters.

Labeling Craig a “follower”, and others as “believers” of Manson’s, etc, etc.
In 40 years they rarely ever mention the name, Tex Watson.
As Charles says, his fathers died in the wars so that he would be given these inalienable rights. What did all of the men die for, if not this? What is the “united states”, then?
The biggest lie.

From the LA Times
A follower of Charles Manson has been arrested for allegedly trying to smuggle a cellphone to the cult leader at Corcoran State Prison
Craig Carlisle Hammond, 63, was arrested Sunday on charges of possession of an illegal communication device, attempting to bring a cellphone into a prison and conspiracy, said Terry Thornton, a California Department of Corrections and Rehabiltation spokeswoman.
Hammond, a retiree, was searched and subsequently arrested at 3:35 p.m. and taken to a King County Jail, where he was released four hours later on $30,000. He is due in court next month.
Thornton said the device was a wrist watch cellphone and was discovered by guards after Hammond entered an area where he possession of such devices is prohibited.
Hammond, who goes by the name Gray Wolf given to him by Manson, is a regular visitor to Manson, the mastermind of the one the most notorious killing sprees in U.S. history — the Tate-Bianca murders in Los Angeles.
Manson has been caught with a cellphone in his cell twice. Manson called people in California, New Jersey and Florida with an LG flip phone found under his prison bunk in March 2009. For the offense, 30 days were added to his sentence. The cult leader was again found with a cellphone in his cell Jan. 6, 2011.
That fall, Gov. Jerry Brown signed a Senate bill that makes it a misdemeanor to possess an unauthorized cellphone in prison or to try to take one into a prison. Violators face up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $5,000.
The proliferation of cellphones in prisons is a significant public safety concern, officials say. Inmates have run street gangs from behind bars, intimidated witnesses and orchestrated assaults on guards, they said. In 2011, 15,000 cellphones were found inside prisons.
Manson, 78, is technically eligible for parole but will almost certainly die in prison for ordering the ritualistic murders of Sharon Tate and six other people in Los Angeles in the summer of 1969.
Manson sees few visitors, but Hammond is among his regulars. Hammond controls a copyright on Manson’s music and is a self-described follower of the the inmate.
A Manson website maintained by followers and believers of Manson’s ATWA group –an acronym for Air, Trees, Water, Animals — reported that Gray Wolf was detained at Level 4 visitation entrance. According to the website, Manson was meeting with another friend when Gray Wolf was detained by guards. Manson and the two visitors were subsequently searched and the two visitors also consented to their vehicles being searched. Gray Wolf was then taken into custody and asked for a lawyer, according to the website.

Charles Manson’s Parole Hearing 2012

Thinking about the charade of a word – “justice” – after watching these fools hold a “parole hearing” for Charles on April 11, 2012-
reiterating the crimes of August, 1969, and their severity.
But Charles was not present – at either dates.

Parole Board Puppet, John Peck’s “grave concerns”-
“Since you’ve been incarcerated you have had one hundred and eight (108) 115’s, um, your most recent 115 was on 10.4.2011. for possession of an inmate manufactured weapon”
(an arm of a pair of reading glasses that were “manufactured” as a hobby tool that many inmates possess, which was so “weapon”-like that it could fit into a pen! For which Charles was given a draconian sentence of 15 months in the hole, a small detail conveniently left out)
“that (shaking of the head) concerns us greatly that you are still having weapons in prison, um we also know that you had a cell phone recently also and, uh cell phones
(pause with seriousness and head shake)
are a huge concern to us, uh, you can make unmonitored phone calls with that cell phone, uh you could and be involved in criminal behaviors with that cell phone (shaking of head) um, cell phones um, extremely concern this panel, um…” This guy goes on with plenty more um’s and uh’s and explains how “in this case the life crime does have a difference” and that “this life crime was especially heinous atrocious and cruel. Multiple victims were attacked um, and killed um, many of the victims were abused uh, mutilated uh during and after the offense.
(Charles WATSON’s “heinous atrocious and cruel” offenses)
It was truly carried out in a manner that except
that demonstrates exceptionally callous disregard for human suffering
(in context, chronologically, I think of the My Lai massacre  of 1968 as but one “exceptionally callous disregard of human suffering” that Pecks beloved country has orchestrated- I think of many others also)
um we have not yet in any of our documents seen any indication of remorse… UM … we have no indication that you have any kind of insight on the causative factors of the life crime. You have absolutely no parole plans um, you had a significant drug problem while you were in society and this drug problem is still unresolved you’ve been involved in absolutely no rehabilitative programs or self help to address your subs abuse history… UM … I think, um, the statement that you made to the psychologist, or the psychiatrist in the (bunkum) assessment told us um a lot of what we needed to know and I’m want to make sure I get this right so I’m just gonna’ read what it- what you told Dr. Reed and you said, um,
‘I AM SPECIAL. I AM NOT LIKE THE AVERAGE INMATE. I HAVE PUT FIVE PEOPLE IN THE GRAVE. I’VE BEEN IN PRISON MOST OF MY LIFE. I AM A VERY DANGEROUS MAN.’
And this panel agrees with that statement.”

LAW AND ORDER
“The law has got so old – and so out of touch – with reality.
Because the laws were written on the back of horses.
People had never traveled over 50 miles an hour, they’d had to be running
down hill on a race horse or something like that.
In other words, it took a year to get from New York to California.
It took two or three years to sail around the world – now they do that in a couple hours.
I mean, you know the law doesn’t even fit.
Your International Law is not even covering anything because
you don’t really have no base of operation and law –
you need a One World Government if you’re gonna’ catch up with Law and Order.
The Law and Order is not Law and Order it’s just a movie –
and the production cost is your children.
You gotta’ lock your kids up in juvenile hall
to give all the detectives their importance,
so they can play their little ego games about “crime” that they’ve already legalized.
You go to Mexico and other countries if you break what they wanna’ call the “law” they just shoot you.
So you have to remember this –
“the outlaws had us pinned down at the fort…”
