Human Rights For Charles Manson

IMG_4134

Show your support, and encourage others to do the same, for a man who was born during the great depression 83 years ago, in the year 1934 when the average yearly income was $1500! This man has lived a long time, and through many things. He is a man of honor and deserves to be treated with dignity.
It doesn’t matter what you think Charles Manson did, he did not murder any of the victims he was convicted of murdering. This is known to be completely factual, although most of the time he is mentioned in the media he is labeled as a murderer or a serial killer.
All of the bogus “controlled others to kill for him” rhetoric is complete fabrication by a politically ambitious (i.e: corrupt) lawyer who perverted and skewed the code of the outlaw.
He turned an outlaw order into a cult and the person the order saw the most wisdom and leadership in he called the leader.
Through coercion, interrogation and threats the d.a. got testimony from co-defendants who broke and got deals.
Don’t trip that you will be put on a “list” if you sign this petition. We are all already on a list. Therefore we are the list.

… But For Such Squeamish Souls

SPEAKING LIES TO POWER

empire news, published this story yesterday, June 4, 2014, on Charles Manson being granted parole. Although it is false, it’s a kind of twisted oxy-moron- in that it is a journalistic lie that speaks truth to power- especially in regard to proportionality and “justice” from such a christian nation. I know that there are many who read this story and thought the news was just, long overdue, and absolutely fair… for a man at his 80th year… a man who has spent the last 45 years of his life in prison, mostly in an inhumane solitary confinement… a man whose actual role in the murders was nothing it was perverted and scripted to be, by a district attorney (bugliosi) who would then write the book that began the lucrative, sensationalistic market of “real crime” novels…  a man who was convicted in a courtroom in which his right to defend himself was denied by a judge who would later reside in the “divorce court” of popular tv… it could go on… and on…
this should be real news, but for “such squeamish souls”-
as Nikolas Schreck put it in The Manson File- Myth and Reality of an Outlaw Shaman-

Those whose understanding of the spiritual path is limited to preconceived notions of conventional morality and “goodness” or reject out of hand the possibility that a man who probably defines himself as an outlaw could be endowed with genuine wisdom. Such squeamish souls would also fail to understand that a gem that’s fallen in the gutter is no less precious than one embedded in a king’s crown.
Such dilemmas, however, are to be expected in the Kali Yuga, the “unlucky age” of spiritual ignorance and rampant materialism we currently find ourselves enmeshed in. The sages who prophecy this iron age new that we would live in a time when the spiritual has all but then forgot. The traditional organized religions, as predicted, have become hollow shells of their former glory. They pay lip service to dead doctrines which only few actually live.

In such dark aeons as ours, the increasingly rare treasure of transcendental knowledge will be found only where we least expect it.”

FREE MANSON!

“Corcoran, California – One of the most famous killers in the American prison system will be walking free. On Tuesday Charles Manson, who is now 79 years old, was granted parole by the California Board of Parole and authorized by California Governor Jerry Brown. According to California Board of Parole Hearings Commissioner John Peck, prison overcrowding  forced the prison board to re-evaluate prisoners that are elderly or those with serious illnesses.  In February a panel of federal judges ordered California Gov. Jerry Brown (D) two more years to reduce chronic prison overcrowding that has cost the state billions of dollars The ruling, issued by three judges overseeing the state’s efforts to ease the overcrowding, gives California until February 2016 to achieve their goals. But, the judges said, the state has to make elderly inmates and those with serious illnesses eligible for parole immediately. Manson, who was denied parole in April of 2012 and wasn’t scheduled for another parole hearing until 2027, was re-evaluated due to his age and health and the Parole Board recommended his parole. “He is 79 years old and in poor health,” said Commissioner Peck. “We know it’s not going to be a popular decision but, considering our other options he’s the least threat.” Protesters have already planned to picket the lawn outside of the prison in Corcoran but what is more surprising is the number of supporters that have come out to express joy over the news. “It’s a great [expletive] day in America!” said Joe Goldsmith, who camped out in from of the prison Wednesday morning decked out in manson gear with tattoos covering his face.  “Manson is my idol” While parole was granted, the actual release date has not yet been set.”

THE WORLD IS A PRISON

“The degree of civilization in a society can be judged by entering its prisons.”

Amid all kinds of inhumane shit within the prison and incarceration system/industry of the usa
(-Hunger strikes and the force-feeding SOP (STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE) of Guantanamo “detainees”
Pleasant Valley and Avenal State Prison Outbreak of Valley Fever resulting in over three dozen deaths, which no one hears about, and
the delay of the order to evacuate inmates)
I received an email today through the F.A.C.T.S. (FAMILIES TO AMEND CALIFORNIA’S THREE STRIKES) newsletter-

COR Transformer fire

From Carol Strickman at prisonerswithchildren.org

“I just received a phone call from a prisoner at Corcoran who reported about a power outage at Corcoran which is resulting in a “modified program” like a lockdown; no air conditioning resulting in “very hot” temperatures (he says in 100’s) with prisoners passing out; medical people are not responding or are responding slowly. Prisoners under medical care can get cold showers but not anyone else. Water is lukewarm, neither hot nor cold.

He states that prisoners have been told that the problem is a broken generator part which must be shipped from Germany and may take 6 months to arrive. The power is being cut off at 3pm daily and not going back on until 1 or 2 in the morning.

I did a google search and found the following corroborative article:

Central Valley Business Times, Saturday, May 10, 2013

Corcoran prison transformer explosion probed
The cause of an explosion of a power transformer at California State Prison-Corcoran is being investigated by state corrections department officials and Pacific Gas and Electric.
Limited electrical power was restored to the prison by Friday morning after the main transformer in a PG&E substation that powers the prison exploded and caught fire late Thursday afternoon.
No one was injured and the fire was quickly extinguished, the state says.
Back-up generators supplied power to the institution Thursday night so prison operations were not interrupted. The acute care hospital and the lethal electrified perimeter security fence continued to be powered by backup generators and, as a result, there were no escapes, the Department of Corrections says.

The prisoner who called me is well known to California Prison Focus. I also learned from a family member that Saturday visits were cancelled.
This prisoner wants us to make calls to the warden and/or Sacramento to let them know that we know about this, are concerned and demand that the outage be repaired immediately. We could also be calling Senator Loni Hancock and Assembly member Tom Ammiano, and PGE.
The prisoners are really suffering in the heat and need us to raise a protest.

Transformer explosion knocks out power to California State Prison-Corcoran
Limited power restored early this morning

CORCORAN – Limited electrical power was restored to California State Prison-Corcoran (CSP-COR) by Friday morning after the main transformer in a PG&E substation that powers the prison exploded and caught fire late Thursday afternoon.

The fire started at 4:35 p.m. and was quickly extinguished by the CSP-COR Fire Department, the Kings County Fire Department and the Tulare County Fire Department. The cause of the explosion is unknown at this time. No one was injured.

Back-up generators supplied power to the institution on Thursday night so that prison operations were not interrupted. The acute care hospital and the lethal electrified perimeter security fence continued to be powered by backup generators and, as a result, there were no escapes. As a precaution, CSP-COR administrators restricted movement of the 4,420 inmates housed there and this morning, the prison is on modified program which restricts some inmate movement and participation in rehabilitation programming.

At 1:45 am Friday, PG&E routed some electrical power to CSP-COR from the adjacent California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility and State Prison in Corcoran, which was unaffected by the transformer explosion and fire. Power to non-essential services at CSP-COR has been shut off, but inmates are being provided hot meals, there is power to waste water operations and all back-up generators are running to power all emergency circuits.

CDCR officials noted that the electrical problems will not interfere with visiting scheduled this weekend at both prisons.

Plant operations staff from both prisons and crews from PG&E are continuing to determine the cause of the explosion and assess the damage to the substation as they plan both short- and long-term repairs

Charles Manson’s Parole Hearing 2012

Thinking about the charade of a word – “justice” – after watching these fools hold a “parole hearing” for Charles on April 11, 2012-
reiterating the crimes of August, 1969, and their severity.
But Charles was not present – at either dates.

Parole Board Puppet, John Peck’s “grave concerns”-
“Since you’ve been incarcerated you have had one hundred and eight (108) 115’s, um, your most recent 115 was on 10.4.2011. for possession of an inmate manufactured weapon”
(an arm of a pair of reading glasses that were “manufactured” as a hobby tool that many inmates possess, which was so “weapon”-like that it could fit into a pen! For which Charles was given a draconian sentence of 15 months in the hole, a small detail conveniently left out)
“that (shaking of the head) concerns us greatly that you are still having weapons in prison, um we also know that you had a cell phone recently also and, uh cell phones
(pause with seriousness and head shake)
are a huge concern to us, uh, you can make unmonitored phone calls with that cell phone, uh you could and be involved in criminal behaviors with that cell phone (shaking of head) um, cell phones um, extremely concern this panel, um…” This guy goes on with plenty more um’s and uh’s and explains how “in this case the life crime does have a difference” and that “this life crime was especially heinous atrocious and cruel. Multiple victims were attacked um, and killed um, many of the victims were abused uh, mutilated uh during and after the offense.
(Charles WATSON’s “heinous atrocious and cruel” offenses)
It was truly carried out in a manner that except
that demonstrates exceptionally callous disregard for human suffering
(in context, chronologically, I think of the My Lai massacre  of 1968 as but one “exceptionally callous disregard of human suffering” that Pecks beloved country has orchestrated- I think of many others also)
um we have not yet in any of our documents seen any indication of remorse… UM … we have no indication that you have any kind of insight on the causative factors of the life crime. You have absolutely no parole plans um, you had a significant drug problem while you were in society and this drug problem is still unresolved you’ve been involved in absolutely no rehabilitative programs or self help to address your subs abuse history… UM … I think, um, the statement that you made to the psychologist, or the psychiatrist in the (bunkum) assessment told us um a lot of what we needed to know and I’m want to make sure I get this right so I’m just gonna’ read what it- what you told Dr. Reed and you said, um,
‘I AM SPECIAL. I AM NOT LIKE THE AVERAGE INMATE. I HAVE PUT FIVE PEOPLE IN THE GRAVE. I’VE BEEN IN PRISON MOST OF MY LIFE. I AM A VERY DANGEROUS MAN.’
And this panel agrees with that statement.”

LAW AND ORDER
“The law has got so old – and so out of touch – with reality.
Because the laws were written on the back of horses.
People had never traveled over 50 miles an hour, they’d had to be running
down hill on a race horse or something like that.
In other words, it took a year to get from New York to California.
It took two or three years to sail around the world – now they do that in a couple hours.
I mean, you know the law doesn’t even fit.
Your International Law is not even covering anything because
you don’t really have no base of operation and law –
you need a One World Government if you’re gonna’ catch up with Law and Order.
The Law and Order is not Law and Order it’s just a movie –
and the production cost is your children.
You gotta’ lock your kids up in juvenile hall
to give all the detectives their importance,
so they can play their little ego games about “crime” that they’ve already legalized.
You go to Mexico and other countries if you break what they wanna’ call the “law” they just shoot you.
So you have to remember this –
“the outlaws had us pinned down at the fort…”
